The technology, and specially the Internet, is generating unbelievable opportunities to learn and practice the universal language -English-. The websites and the materials which can be used in the learning process are all around us, we only need to take advantage of the computer. There are lots of programs and sites where students and teachers can find plenty of activities and exercises; however we must be aware of the benefits and possible problems caused by technology, so it is important to create a culture, where all of us are able to understand how to use it appropriately. Besides, we need to create links with the technology as a result of its impact in the modern world. Thus, education and the language learning should be closely related in order to create a nice environment where the students and teachers feel comfortable developing skills by means of the technological materials.
